The Pulaski Technical College Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management Institute (CAHMI) is a two story, 57,000 SF facility consisting of eleven teaching kitchens, a 130 seat auditorium space with custom display kitchen for cooking demonstrations, a hospitality suite with exterior terrace/patio, a hospitality management classroom containing a demonstration hotel room/bathroom and full size front reception desk, a wine classroom with climate controlled wine storage, staff offices, conference room, general classrooms, computer lab, ancillary support spaces, and a full service loading dock.
