Partial demolition of the existing building, renovation of the existing Service Department, and a new building addition to the existing structure based on the Honda Image Prototype. Total construction area for the showrooms and Service Departments equal 21,096 square feet. The main facility is comprised of a Showroom, Offices, Parts Area, Service Reception and a Service Department. The building is a combination of existing Pre-Engineered Metal Building and Structural Steel Structure. The Project also includes a 2,022 square foot detached Wash Bay Building.
