300 Main Street
301 Main Street was built as a speculative four story office building. It is part of the revitalization of downtown Little Rock located in the heart of the arts and entertainment district. It currently serves as home for a video production company and various small businesses. In order to accommodate the first tenant it was necessary to have the building designed and constructed within a one year time frame which required several early release design packages and highly coordinated effort between the owner , design team and contractor.
