The Inspiration

I got into this profession by accident and a little guidance from a past teacher. However, I really enjoy the whole creation process. Getting to see ideas become reality and the impact that they have on the surrounding environment.

The Work

I am responsible for presentation information, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration. Some of my favorite projects include:
• 301 Main Building, Little Rock, Arkansas
• Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality, North Little Rock, Arkansas
• Pulaski Technical College, New Campus Center, North Little Rock, Arkansas

The Weekend

A majority of my weekends are spent with the family somewhere on a soccer field watching my son play, or we are hiking around the Natural State. I also enjoy fishing and hunting every chance I get and it is a bonus with family.

FAVORITES
• Structure: Frank Lloyd Wright, Falling Waters; Richard Rogers Channel 4, the tensile glass curtain wall
• Movies: “Star Wars” and “Star Trek”
• Destination: the Emerald Coast and just about anywhere in the great outdoors with family and friends
• Meal: round steak and bacon rolls with buttered egg noodles
• Dessert: Key lime pie, apple pie with vanilla ice cream or peanut butter pie
• Drink: lemonade, root beer float
