First Orion
The First Orion building is a five-story class A, 71,750 S.F. building. The ground floor has three tenant spaces and the building’s lobby that serves as First Orion’s front door. Floors two, three and four are office floors and floor five has a large employee gathering area that has access to a roof top terrace providing unrestricted views to the Arkansas River and to downtown Little Rock. Because of the placement of this building in the heart of the Argenta Arts District, special consideration to the buildings street presence and materials has been given to create a harmonious blending of the building into an existing urban fabric.
VCC was the general contractor on the First Orion project.
