Lenderman Dental Clinic | Lease Space

The Lenderman Dental Clinic design was desired to be contemporary with timeless details found in some of the Owner’s favorite places to travel. But because of the site location, the design had to comply with and be approved by the Historic District Commission. Therefore, the design pursued an aesthetic that respected the neighboring context while striving to be new and timeless.

The new program of a family dental clinic and speculative lease space made it simple to divide the building up into two distinct masses. Architectural details throughout were derived from inspiration the Owner had accumulated from their travels and things they were attracted to. The structure was constructed of dimensional lumber wood framed walls on continuous concrete spread footings and slab on grade. Large span areas are supported by steel columns with wood beams and prefabricated wood trusses. The exterior is clad in primarily white painted brick veneer with accent portions of Artisan Hardie board painted black.
