This Mixed-Use project consists of 7 floors of corporate offices and 5 floors of exclusive private residences. There are 13 units total, including a 12th floor penthouse with private swimming pool and a 13th level bonus room that is perched at the corner of the 7,000 square foot unit.

The residence offers panoramic views of the Arkansas River valley on the north, east and west. There are sweeping views of the Little Rock skyline on the south.

This design- build project was a combination of renovated space at the corporate suites and new construction at the condominiums.
